Soulsathi — Cancellation Policy
1. General Policy
At Soulsathi Trip, we value your trust and strive to provide fair refund and cancellation terms. All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing via email at kimhyun92@travelsathi-korea.in.
2. Cancellation by Customer
- Before Visa Issuance: 100% refund available.
- After Visa Issuance and Up to 7 Days Before Departure: 50% refund available (as bookings for flights, hotels, and logistics begin).
- Within 7 Days Before Departure: 30% refund available (70% is non-refundable due to confirmed logistics).
3. Cancellation by Soulsathi Trip (Organizer)
If Soulsathi Trip cancels the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low bookings, operational issues), you will receive:
- A 100% full refund, OR
- The option to reschedule for a future trip of equal value
4. Force Majeure Events
If cancellations are caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, airline strikes, health emergencies, or government restrictions:
- We will attempt to recover maximum possible refunds from vendors
- Only partial refunds may be possible depending on vendor policies
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 15 to 20 business days from confirmation. Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment used during booking.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Visa fees and processing charges (once submitted)
- Travel insurance (if purchased)
- Special event tickets or custom experiences marked as non-refundable
