Soulsathi — Payment Security Policy
1. Accepted Payment Methods
Soulsathi Trip accepts secure online payments through the following gateways:
- Razorpay
- PayU
- Other industry-recognized PCI DSS-compliant gateways (when applicable)
We accept payments in Indian Rupees (INR) and Korean Won (KRW).
2. Payment Structure
- 30% – Initial booking confirmation
- 40% – After visa approval
- 30% – Before departure
Your booking is confirmed only after receipt of the initial 30% payment.
3. Security of Transactions
All transactions made on our website are:
- Processed via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption
- Routed through PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment gateways
- Handled directly by Razorpay, PayU, or equivalent providers
Soulsathi Trip does not store your credit card, debit card, or net banking details on our servers.
4. Fraud Prevention
To ensure safe transactions:
- All online payments require OTP/3D Secure verification
- Unusual or suspicious activity may be flagged and investigated
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings if fraudulent activity is suspected
5. Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) are processed according to our
Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Refunds are credited back to the original mode of payment used during booking.
6. Customer Responsibility
- Ensure accurate billing and contact information
- Do not share sensitive payment details (PINs, OTPs, CVV) with anyone
- Immediately report unauthorized transactions to us at kimhyun92@travelsathi-korea.in
7. Liability Disclaimer
While we use secure payment systems, Soulsathi Trip is not liable for issues caused by:
- Payment gateway downtime
- Network failures during transactions
- Customer error in entering incorrect payment details
