1. Definitions
"Company", "We", or "Soulsathi" refers to WAVEHAN PRIVATE LIMITED and IEUM INTERNATIONAL.
"User", "You", or "Customer" refers to any individual using our services or booking a tour.
"Services" refers to all travel-related offerings such as packages, visa assistance, hotel bookings, transportation, and guided experiences.
2. Services Offered
- Group and private tour packages in South Korea
- Hotel bookings
- Local transportation
- Visa application guidance
- English/Korean-speaking tour guides
- Entry tickets to attractions
- Cultural and local experiences
- Flight booking
Currently, our services are available exclusively to Indian travelers visiting Korea.
3. Booking & Payment Terms
Payment structure: 30% (initial booking) – 40% (post-visa approval) – 30% (before departure)
Payments are accepted through Razorpay and PayU. Accepted currencies: INR and KRW.
Booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the initial 30% payment. We do not charge any hidden service or processing fees unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellations & Refund Policy
Cancellation by the Customer

Cancellation by Soulsathi (Organizer)
If Soulsathi cancels the tour (e.g., due to low bookings or logistical issues), customers will receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule to a future trip.
Force Majeure / External Events
In case of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, airline strikes, health emergencies, or government restrictions: we will attempt to recover and refund as much as possible based on vendor policies. Only partial refunds may be possible in such scenarios.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 15 to 20 business days from confirmation.
5. Third-Party Vendors
We work with third-party hotels, transportation providers, and experience operators. While we carefully choose our partners, Soulsathi is not responsible for service failures caused by third parties. However, we will assist customers in resolving issues wherever possible.
6. Visa, Insurance & Travel Documents
Visa application support is advisory only; customers are responsible for submitting and tracking their visa applications. Travel insurance is highly recommended, though not mandatory. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their passport validity, visa eligibility, and health or vaccine documentation required for travel.
7. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete personal and travel information
- Make timely payments as per the stated payment schedule
- Comply with local laws, regulations, and tour conduct
- Be respectful to fellow travelers, guides, and staff
- Take responsibility when booking for someone else
8. Group Tour Conditions
Standard group size: 16 people. Minimum group size: 8 people. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the trip if the minimum group size is not met. In such cases, refunds or rescheduling options will be provided.
9. Itinerary Modifications
Soulsathi reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to operational or safety reasons, vendor changes, weather, or other unforeseen issues. Alternate experiences or adjustments of equal value will be offered wherever possible. No refunds are guaranteed for itinerary changes beyond our control.
10. Health, Safety, and COVID-19
Customers must comply with all local health protocols, including mask usage, testing, or vaccination requirements. No refunds will be issued if the traveler cannot participate due to health-related issues (e.g., testing positive, border closures) unless recoverable from vendors.
11. Website Use & Content
Users must not misuse the website for fraud, spam, or data scraping. All content on the website (logos, photos, text, itineraries) is the intellectual property of Soulsathi and may not be copied or reused without written permission. We reserve the right to suspend or block users misusing the platform.
12. Privacy & Data Collection
We collect personal data like name, contact, and passport info solely for the purpose of delivering our services. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We encourage resolving any disputes through mediation or mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the courts of Seoul, South Korea.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon publication.
